A new battle type called Sky Battles. They are restricted to Flying type Pokemon or those with the ability Levitate. It's not know if there are any different mechanics (such as banned moves). A new battle type called Hordes. Occasionally a horde of up to 5 wild Pokemon will appear at once! Also a message seen in the earlier trailer said the wild Helioptile you stepped on attacked, implying either a new method of encounter, or perhaps just slightly different text for smaller Pokemon. The environment and battle scene will change their look based on the time of day - i.e. battles will be a bit darker at night. A new communication method called Player Search System allows you to find other players locally or globally to battle and trade. Also integrates with the 3DS' friends system. A feature called Pokemon-Amie lets you bond with your Pokemon by petting and feeding them. It has been stated previously that Pokemon friendship would have a bigger role in X&Y so this feature may help your Pokemon become even stronger. As revealed earlier, Gogoat can be ridden around Lumiose City. At the roundtable it was revealed that Rhyhorn can be ridden in some rocky areas. All languages will be present on one game card, and you will be able to choose the language when you start the game. Effort Values (EVs) and Individual Values (IVs) will be made more obvious during the game, presumably similar to the Hidden Power checks in previous games, but in more detail. Spoiler Horde Encounters A horde of Tauros and Miltank appear Sky-Battles Take on opponents in the Skies Pokemon-AmieStroke and pet Pikachu in Pokemon-Amie X&Y information from June's CoroCoro News leaked from CoroCoro, New Pokemons revealed. gardevoir is a fairy type and they have tamagochi like mini game to increase the friendship... cant wait for it ^_^ only 4 more months... nintendo, you better release a Pokemon X/Y 3DS bundle...
Nintendo have published another gameplay trailer showing the first gym in Pokemon X/Y. It's a Bug-type gym whose leader Viola is a keen photographer. The video also names the Pokemon announced by CoroCoro yesterday. They are, from left to right in the above image, Flabébé, Litleo, Scatterbug and Spewpa. The latter two form the evolution chain for Vivillon. Litleo can learn a new move Noble Roar, which lowers the target's Attack and Special Attack. Interestingly, Flabébé marks the first time a Pokemon's English name includes an accented character, and only the third time a special character is included (after Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂). The e-acute adds further ties with France, on which the region Kalos is based. (Other unconfirmed matchups: Fairy to be super-effective against Dark and Fighting; Fairy to be not very effective against Fire and Psychic; Poison and Steel to be super-effective against Fairy; Dragon to have no effect on Fairy. Remember, these are rumours.) More information about Pokemon X & Pokemon Y, video showing the first gym leader Viola (Bug-type specialty), your childhood friends, and new Pokemon revealed: Flabébé, Litleo, Scatterbug, and Spewpa! New Pokemon revealed: HonedgePokemon X & Y — 06 July, 2013 At a Japan Expo in France this week, Junichi Masuda of Game Freak revealed a new Pokemon in a special pre-recorded video. The Pokemon is called Honedge and is Steel/Ghost type. It is based on a sword; an ancient soul is thought to reside in the sword. We also see that Honedge can become unsheathed in battle. Earlier in the video, Mr. Masuda talks about France being the basis for the Kalos region and details the places he visited and drew inspiration from. The overarching theme of Pokemon X&Y will be beauty. Here is the full video: Pokemon X & Y: Honedge Revealed! Post Merge: [time]1373173480[/time] Other minor details: Your home town is called Vaniville Town. Early locations you visit are Santalune Forest which leads to Santalune City. Shortly afterward you will reach Lumiose City. You have four special friends in the game: Shauna, who keeps track of your progress; Tierno, who wants to create a Pokémon dance team; Trevor, who wants to complete his Pokédex first; and Serena or Calem (depending on whether you choose the boy or girl player), who is your next door neighbour. Roller-skates appear to have replaced the running shoes for faster movement around the towns and routes. Route numbers appear to be reset again - i.e. starting from Route 1. The first gym is Bug type. (The second is rumoured to be Fairy type and be the gym in the tower.) The Japanese X&Y logo (see below) includes a helix icon, which is a symbol relating to DNA. It is theorized that the game names refer to the X and Y chromosomes found in humans and many animals. An alternate/simultaneous reason for the names is X and Y referring to coordinates geometry, because Pokémon is is in 3D for the first time. This would probably require a third legendary Pokémon based on the third dimension Z. Jeez if lucario Evolves we can say GG to him and his evo, lucario is already a wrecking machine in OU, and with a third evo it can use eviolite to boost decently the defenses shiet
Lucario is my most favorite Pokemon, i use it/ try to get in in every pokemon game i have played... Sadly in the 5th gen Lucario became outclassed in Speed and Power, and i found it very hard to win with it online, even with its evs maxed out... Its not officially confirmed, but if Lucario is getting an evolution, i just hope it still keeps the Fighting/Steel type and it gets a Signature Move.

some thing which i missed in the earlier post some pokedex pics Spoiler our professor in this version is Prof.Sycamore and the evil team is Team Flare
Professor Sycamore Professor Sycamore is the top Pokémon researcher in the Kalos region. He entrusts you and your friends with Pokémon and sends you out on your big adventure! Team Flare A strange organization known as Team Flare has begun to make its presence known in the Kalos region. What could they be up to?
That's a he!? But then again the male Team Flare grunt also looks a bit girlie... Check out those tight leotard like pants: No offense but he looks more like a she. Did they (the Developers) intentionally made him Bishounen to poke fun at the French for being gay? Again no offense intended... It's just a common joke I've seen on American television (like South Park for example) where they claim the French are pussies and gay.
