[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon] Legends at war

He began to turn then stopped in mid turn. He had already given away his advantage! He cursed himself. Then he shot a razor leaf attack in the water and ran through the shallow lake. He was still using his razor leaf attack when he was at the other side and he continued to run into the woods as fast as he could.

 

but as soon as Bell entered the forest, he hear a familiar voice:
"you should had gone to the base instead of running to the forest, and now I have some questions for you as I see you are member of the Space faction.you are way stronger than the averange Faction Member, just who are you exactly...

 

When Bell heard the question he turned around and looked at the Ninetales then laughed. "You are asking a question even I do not know!" When he saw Melfice looking confused he explained, "My friend, I have lost my memory. When I was found unconscious a Bellsprout brought me back to the faction of space. However there were a few complications on the road back, but that does not matter what happened between me and that Duskull is over now!" Bell decided to add "I am not yet a member of the faction of space, these berries are my ticket to join."

 

"I see, it seem that you really are a peculiar one,you intrest me so I am going to leave you for now.
but before I leave you I have something else to ask from you"
Melfice said with a smile

 

Seeing that smile Bell knew something interesting would happen, "Ask away" He said smugly.

 

"how about a little game:a little training you migth say, IF I win You come with me and work under me
and IF you win I will help you out if you would need anythiing from me heehee"

 

Bell was angered at the thought of gambling his freedom "Multiple reasons why I should say no!" He growled "I do not know your power so I may well underestimate you. You use fire type moves which are effective against grass type moves. I am not one to gamble. And I do not believe I should work for you after saving your sorry ass!" Bell prepared to leave.

 

"Don't be such a scary cat, bah well then lets make it a simple Fight then I want to test you out...or are you scared that you would lose"
Melfice said with taunting voice

 

Bell laughed "Ha! You think I'm such an idiot? I do not care for your taunts! Of course I'm scared I'll lose!" Bell pondered for a bit. "Fine! a fight with no gambles. Meet me at this lake tomorrow midday, I wish to finish my job first" With that he turned and began to go back to the faction.

 

"EXELENT! I will Be waiting forwards to this"
Melfice said cheerfully as he walks away
"he is interesting very interesting, if I am right he will play a very important role in my in my plans"
he tough silently as he walked away

 

Bell looked down. He knew he was being used for something but he needed to know what. If he could win this battle he would be able to delay Melfice's plans, if he lost, he could figure them out. What worried him most was that the ninetales wasn't perturbed at all when Bell disagreed to the bet. He thought back to what Melfice had said earlier 'Me? Oh I'm just a simple traveller searching all things rare.' Something told bell this was a lie.

 

As Bell finished his mission for the Faction he was welcomed into it with open arms,and later on the evening he told the CO- Leader Empoleon about the Ninetales he had met on his mission (But didnt tell about the fight he had promised) and he was told that the Ninetales he had met Was a Member of the Time faction.

 

I'm not about to let this thread die easily!

Bell went to bed that night wondering how he could beat a fire type. He pondered over but couldn't think of anything. The next day it was close to midday, Bell started to leave.

 

But Sayuri stopped him. She knew he had been hiding something and so followed him. "Where do you think your going?" She asked.

 

(he wouldn't mind would he if I would carry the story on?)

Bell explained to Sayuri about the Fight he had promised to Melfice who he had met a day ago

 

I'm sure he wouldn't
"You promised a fight with a fire type?!" Sayuri exclaimed, "Are you insane!? It would burn you to death!"
Bell looked at her defiantly, "It's my choice. I'm going and you'd better not tell anyone!"
Sayuri decided not to rat him out, but followed all the same, trying to talk him out of it.

 

as the two arrived to the lakeside the Ninetales was was waiting for him and upon seeing him he said
"oh my, it seems you got company and she is from all Pokemons that bulbasaur from two days ago hahahaa,
this is really interesting how the two Pokemons that have piqued my interest are at the same place at once"

 

"I didn't ask her to come," Bell insisted "I can take you on my own."
Melfice laughed and said "Well then little Bulbasaur, step aside"
Sayuri growled but she had promised Bell that she wouldn't interfere unless the battle threatened his life. She stepped aside but kept her eyes on melfice.

 

"due your type,you go first.
NOW LETS BEGIN"
Melfice said

 

Bell immediately attacked with sleep powder. Melfice fell fast asleep. Bell then used Giga impact!
