That code is shorter than the one I gave you, I think that might be the problem, use the one I posted.
By the way, you can go to Options > Emulation Setup and change the GBA Mode to VGA (poppy bright) it looks much better.

i'm using the code you posted . but sir totallydood said it was because of the anti piracy of no$gba, so i posted the short code .

anyway, what is the difference of the two ? the short code is for Disable No Exp AP .

The original dstt makers stoped making new firmware, so now you have to download unofficial firmwares.
I'm also having a dstt and everything works fine for me!


And will the official v5 still come out today?

The one I posted is to get past the blue screen in the beginning, to save, and to bypass EXP AP.

Actually, to be more precise. For TTDS, this is what I use for Firmware:

This specific firmware is continued by fan updaters since the TTDS team discontinued support for it, and for games that are in japanese or any game for that matter, translated or not this is one of the best to use. this firmware along with totallydude's prepatched Black or white on the main page works perfectly with no Rom errors. Enjoy!

by any chance do you have AR codes set for that rom?

If so is there any AR codes for Alternate Wi Fi Method? If there is it's better to use that code. I dunno what it changes with the Wi Fi but from my experience it's made it tons easier to connect via Nintendo Wi FI connection, including interacting with players, trading or battling. I dunno if it will be different between our carts though, Since I have a TTDS, but check and see. if you have it, try it and let me know if it works. I'll see if I can find something that may help for your cart and report back.

ok so i have a question. im seeing lots of people get errors and requiring to put codes in action replay. i have an r4ds but no action replay. i havnt attemtped to play the game on my ds yet but if i do get problems like everyone else will i need to have an action replay to enter cheats to fix the problems? i hope i dont. and will v5 be a full translation cuz i am interested in more then just the story.

if you are using r4ds you can use wood which lets you play pokemon. r4ds does support AR codes for cheats. those codes you see to fix the white screen are for nds emulators for pc
