There is already english in the japanese version ;D There are Letters A to Z, words like fight.run..etc.. >

Nope. They're focusing on battle related things right now (any and all things battle related) and the menus. The storyline will come dead last if it's even touched.

I agree ;D Everything will be translated except the storyline and it make no sense to those who complete the game but do not know Japanese =.=

It makes the game easier to play. I want to know what item I just received from a NPC or picked up, instead of having to open the bag and look for what I have new.

I don't have much trouble with moves though b/c I know how much PP moves have, and can look at the colour and determine what type it is. Some people (like me), don't care about the storyline that much. I just want to catch all 156 Pokemon.

Then when the real English Black comes out, I'll play that one for the storyline.

w00t, read the translation page, it seems someone finished the main file giving the translator a little while to translate, so expect a patch soon XD

I've beaten the game and now im on the town past route 11 i think it is... idk where to go from here, but as long i've beaten the E4 and N im good for now...

Yeah, i know, but im waiting for those until i can get the natures i want, and it will be easier to get those natures with the translation patch... I haven't even caught my Victini yet... I've finished White and im working on Black... I am on my way to the 3rd gym right now on black.

Got my DStwo in the mail today and have been playing Black for a few hours (as well as doing university homework). I'm looking forward to the patch this weekend, it will give me something to do. I can understand the majority of it, because I've been studying the language for 6-7 years, but I've been to busy to devote myself to translating, yes playing pokemon counts as busy :3 anyways, if help is still needed I can definitely start by friday! I'm glad someone is working on this at least.

Err could someone upload a prepatched version plz? I've got a mac at home and I don't really know how to patch stuff so yeah...(I need something to play during work experience!)

Sorta impossible at the moment, there's no patch yet.

I'm a mac user as well, and you really have 3 options for patching on your machine.

1. Use bootcamp to dual boot over to windows

2. Use VM ware to boot a windows virtual machine

3. Use crossover office to run the patcher on Mac

You should consider doing one of the above, or all three (like I have)

Are you serious? Ahh man...so sdhc users can't play the new pokemon at all.

I'm just lucky I still have my old r4 original... I'm playing it on wood because I couldn't be bothered going to all the effort to get it working on my r4i sdhc red box.
