    Ok so everyone listen up and hear me clearly. The patch does work, however you have to change a setting in game. Ok here it goes.. Go on options on menu, go to the 2nd to last option on the menu and put it on the first one. It will make the button mode say Normal. Haha.... And I thought the patch wouldn't work. Ok off to play pokemon bye everyone :D

    MAJOR ISSUE
    Ok, listen to me, the developers found a massive bug in the patch, it will lock
    the game up, when trying to level any poke, and it evolves, it will freeze in the
    evolution screen,everyone has been warned

    I've noticed on my Acekard 2i 2gb sd 1.7.1, that when I get to the professor saying Hello! in english, the game freezes... :(

    wait it said SDHC fix does that mean i can play that rom on my 4gb SD when i couldnt with the other roms?

    that patch was for Acekard 2i users with SDHC cards.

    The problem is that the TTDS thing is meant for a CLEAN ROM; meaning that I get an error when I try to play the eng patched black.

    As much as it sucks for people, this patch will only work for those who could play the game clean already (minus the exp bug issue since that's patched with the patch).

    Minor mistake in black rom translation: During the intro after filling in your name and gender. The prof introduce 2 friends. The first should be a boy but the translation mention it as a girl--> She/Her. But it isn't a big deal. Except there are some dialogs that in the Japanese version has words highlighted in blue that I think is important to know that's not translated. Hopefully the 2nd patch version can solve this. Its not a one day process I know.....but with everyone capable pitching in it should turn out better.

    Another thing is that, Kazo mentioned that his patch must use a clean/unpatched rom. Well it can be patch using an already patched version. I tried on 2 version; a patched rom using xDelta and another patched rom using Rudolph. Both re-patchable using the Eng patch from Kazo. Except that another issue is that I found the black version become only playable using wood r4 and fail to load on YSMENU modified by VividBoy H2Y.

    White rom patched using Kazo Eng Patch, same as above. Pre-patched rom can be re-patch using his patch, but will not load on YSMENU, playable on Wood R4 only. Another minor glitch is the PokeGear's Settings page, the IR options had somehow missed while in Kazo's forum page clearly show it has been translated.
