Pokémon Black & White AP Thread

The hex edit does work with Pokemon Black. What you do is get a hex edit software than google the rest. It's easy.

 

Be on the menu and go click the third button I believe.
Once you're in, Click the first button.
Then press A, Click on the second button which has the Wi-fi text in it.

Make sure you have Wi-fi before you download the mystery gift.

 

Why does the experience points change? Is it part of the game? Or do we have to deal with that most of the time now?

ahh!! i dont get this, i got the raku raku patch, chose my rom and patched it but it still wont work!!! T__T im using wood r4 v.1.12 with the soft reset off

Downloaded the Rakuraku patched ROM in Page 51, It works fine in AKAIO, but the experience points change and vary, like two Level 5 Minezumi (Chipmunk) won't give you the same experience points.

 

did you use the right patch? if you give me some time, i'll upload the ones i got working fine

but the only carts i've ever seen give an error like that is DSTT and YSMenu since it's based off the DSTT firmware

that's normal...it is based on the stats of the pokemon defeated, and no 2 pokemon have the same stats, and pokemon have different EV's which is also a base for the EXP...

 

^This, not to mention the problem is probably because DSTT is outdated and needs to find a work around, even if it was your theory it wouldn't make it easier to mess around with the coding of the file.

 

I didn't occur in the past generations though, and yeah, they're both wild.

 

some reason when i try to use the patched rom on desmume it doesnt do anything at all help?
