They should be a pre-buil't firmware at the bottom , You may still need the PM patch from the abouth link ^

so will this work for ANY r4 cause for some strange reason mine whont play patched versions only the japanese version.

 

Do the Hex Patch from the first page and it should work.

 

I just downloaded and took a look at the first one - it seam to be woodr4 converted to run on R4 clones

And that what it means copy the content from inside of the folder onto the Root of a formatted microSD chip

And patch the ROM it's self with the over download!

I do this it means Clone R4's - but i only have an original and no DSlite at the moment

 

I have the Acekard 2i and I get a black screen when the professor finishes talking...

I've used a lot of roms and nothing works D:

I have a 2gb Micro SD card (sandisk) BTW

 

Tried a normal emulator yet? :O

 

i too am using acekard 2i with AKAIO 1.7.1 and i'm on the 3rd gym. The rom works un-patched (expect for no experience AP) and perfectly (even C-gear and online) with EXP patch + english patch.

 

Guys can you tell me what to do with these two things

And
The wood r4 1.12

Get wood 1.13 and place both the rom and wood firmware on the root of your SD card.

 

Dude your question makes no sense. If your having trouble then get wood r4 1.13 and get a clean pokemon black rom. And with those two you, open your DS (it must be charged though) and if you have a DSlite, you open it by sliding the power button up on the right side of the console. Once you open it, go to find your game by pressing 'A' on the games folder and look for your pokemon black rom. Then press 'A' on it.

 

I dont have an Sd card, I have an R4i gold.

 

go to the offical r4i-gold and download the new kernel you should be able to play the game

 

if you have ever play a NDS game on your R4i you have an MicroSD card, without one your R4i can't play games as the firmware and the roms (games) have to be stored on the SD card.

 

I think he means the microSD chip that is required for your R4i gold card!

Let's not confuse MicroSD Chip from Card !

I find Chip is best to use
