    After formatting put _DS_MENU.DAT on the root of your card along with your games and the __RPG folder and run it..

    Finally! Its working now! R4 clone from www.ndsill.net using Ysmenu and TTDS and it worked fine with english translation.! ;D
    its the green box one.

    now to find fix for www.r4isdhc.com.

    ohh i should of clarified more, i tried choosing both options, but both times the game froze after choosing one or the other option sry. A few mins ago i just patched my english patched version of pokemon black with Rudolph's Child Play Patch version 4, it still freezes after i choose "English". Btw should i change anything settings in wood r4 for clones or the game settings before i load up the game?

    Yes. Once you open the Wood R4.NDS, you'll see a "START"" button on the left bottom or right bottom of your touch screen (not talking about the little start button on your console). Use your touch pen to click it, and go to SETTING, look for the RESET option and choose OFF. You should be able to run it.

    Most likely N5 can't run YSMENU cause its probably a lower end R4 Clone. Carts that I know can run it are R4DS, R4 SDHC, R4i SDHC, and a few others I just don't recall. Try Wood R4 maybe your cart could run it, who knows.... Its on page 119 - same - in the case of page 193...its under my username. The link belong to CoolKill3r just so you know. You'll need to download 2 RAR/ZIP files from his forum page. The Wood R4 v.1.13 and the Load Me! both on the same page. The 1st file is the firmwares while the 2nd is the execute-ware. Copy every files from the 2 RAR download except the files ending with '.txt' or '.html'. I suggest placing the Wood R4.NDS and the _DS_MENU.DAT into the __rpg, especially the _DS_MENU.DAT just in case you have the same file name already in your N5 - to avoid conflict generic. Cross-fingers...I hope it be fruitful. If it fail, then sorry to say you're out of luck until someone provide a fix for you.

    My settings for reset is on "off" already. what about the settings for the game itself, is there anything i should change?

    it can run ysmenu but the that says r4ysauto is the one, i had a previous version that worked perfectly and that i myself mounted.

    also it works it loads any other of my games but pokemon w y b, specifically pre patched english beta 3

    i'm working with no$GBA, and can't get the latest white patch (the one on the first page) to work. it freezes after start screen. any suggestions of how to fix?

    None that I am aware of other than the Reset should be OFF. I also switched off the ANIMATION, SAVE FILE TYPE --> NDS, and TRIM ROMS WHEN COPY --> Off. But there's nothing to change inside the game itself. If changing the setting does not work for your cart, then I might recommend you to use the game without the English patch, as in Pre-Patched HEX version using Rudolph. After all the English Patch up to now is only useful for the MENU interface. The battle itself you can find out which moves that's useful for attacks from the POKEMON Apps inside the Pokegear.

    Sorry, I don't quite get what you're saying. Are you meaning to say that you need one that uses R4YSauto? Or not the one using R4YSauto? Anyway, a bit of straightening, the link from page 193 is a modified version of YSMENU made by VividBoy. he uses the latest TTMENU that can run PKM B/W. The R4YSauto is a program to auto-dldi patch the YSMENU.NDS so that it become compatible and easier to install. I think it has nothing to do with the firmware itself. That version of YSMENU was made using R4YSauto v0.02. Most likely your N5 internal kernal need updating/upgrading.

    Another thing to know is that the English pre-patched PKM B/W games cannot be upload using YSMENU. Most everyone I heard that use the English patched file open it using Wood. If you want to run the YSMENU version grab the HEX-pre patched file without English patched.

    Or if you want to give a shot at Wood v.1.13? The Wood v.1.12 also can run PKM B/W in case you can't use the v.1.13.

    Its ok, not all cart can work using it anyway. I've named the carts that could use it. Best bet is not to use the Eng patched versions if you want to run it on your version of Wood.

    i get a laoding.... screen and does not goes over there i had magnaged to get it to boot by using wood.nds but it would always freeze after launching the game.

    yoshi i know there is a new version of the ysmenu mind giving me a link where i can get the new ttmenu folder so i can boot it?

    the one that not uses r4 satuo im gonna downgrade also to 1.31 as it seems 1.32 is just a mod of the R4 III, im running v 1.32

    what im getting with the version of satuo is that the image displayed on the touchscreen goes to the upperscreen and the image of the upper screen goes down to touchscreen it happens whenever i load a game, before i started trying to update the ysmenu that did not happen all i got was a error code-4.

    if i cant play b y w on ysmenu i guess ill wait for the us relase or try and get a supercard dstwo, amazing 35$ is on the market and im getting it sold to me by half million bucks

    also i can boot wood 1.13 via the .ds file but when i select the game i get a white screen and im not sure why but it might be due to the reset part, since the v.1.13 has a wood background which is annoying

    anyway it wont boot via wood, all i get is a white screen

    hi guys
    i am playing Pokemon Black on De$ume
    but a slight problem happened
    i got my starter pokemon now and i am trying to save but no save file appears
    i checked all files in my de$ume folder but there were no file with .dsv extension
    what should i do ?
    i am using the latest version of De$ume
    iam also using a clean JAP version with no Patches

    OK, after two weeks of having this patched rom, and 10 hours of gameplay time...

    I encountered my first problem. When I enter the 5th gym, it zooms in like, forever. It just keeps zooming in until I see nothing but white pixels from the Male PC's hat.

    Anyone else encounter that problem?
