Update: I installed the new firmware, and tried using a ROM, and I still get errcode=-5.

 

Black: Still got error code =-5
White: same

Back to Wood for me.

 

Omg. R4 Clones are doomed, now I'm thinking my cart can't play DSi enhanced games!!!

PS. Does TTDS fix work for YSmenu? I have r4-III Upgrade generated by a2h's generator.

why i find it weird that no one has spoken about fixing tha ap problem on R4i-gold ( which i think mine is fake bcuz of the website on the side of the cart: www.r4i-gold.com) does it mean there's no hope of fixing the load error =-4? I tried lots of patched b/w roms it always gives me the error code

omg it's like it's never coming, the lastest firmware hasn't been updated since 08/30/10 this is like hopeless, i suppose r4 wood won't work on r4igold? (I have both 2gb and 4gb micro SD cards) i'm into trying it but I don't want to screw up my dsi, Has any one tried it?

 

Wood r4 only works on original r4s.

 

I have the original R4 With Wood R4 installed,It's perfect copy of AK2i,and sometimes even better [Jam with the Band].I don't regret it,I'm glad.8D

I have an R4i SDHC and an R4 original.
So glad I didn't toss my old one when I got the new one though, wood is a lifesaver.

it worked, no freezes for 15 mn (XD) and xp bug is fixed! ( if I find the guy who fix it I swear i'll kiss his A**/(hope I won't have to do it)) bye

I don't you can. And btw, the N5 is a very bad card and it can break / brick your DS / DSi.
