I don't know if this has anything to do with the AP. But look at the Wi-Fi settings on an emulator. One of the access points have the name "SoftAP" on it! Try deleting it for the People who can't get exp and see what happens. Maybe it fixes it? Maybe it fixes/kills AP for flash carts? I don't know...

 

or maybe it screws up the whole game AND your flashcard

 

Just a question does the Kelikos patch work on any r4, i plan on buy a r4 for 2$ andedit it and pimp it out then selling it for 10$ for a pimped out r4 with more compatiblity

 

Why would Wi-Fi have anything at all to do with the AP? The AP is based on an entirely different area of the game.

If it's an Original R4, you can just get Wood R4 v1.13 (fixes both Pokemon games).

Every R4i is a pile of junk for the most part. With all the better DSi carts out there, those (R4i carts) are below the bottom in terms of how good they are.
