does anyone here uses R4 Ultra?

 

Bleh.

Backed up my current firmware
Formatted card
Installed R4irts Firmware 2.7e
And I get a blank screen with a red icon that says "Menu?"

 

Thing is though it should work because it says: R4i v2.7e kernel for R4i RTS & R4i SDHC & R4 SDHC

 

did u put all the files in the root of ur card?

Try this - as long as the other firmware is TTDS based (you should try it anyways) just keep your normal R4i-SDHC firmware in there, and if there's a file in there like "R4.dat, R4RTS.dat" or such then rename it and change the .dat file to NDS. Then boot up your R4i SDHC in normal mode and open up the new .NDS file like you would a normal NDS game. Please tell me if this works.

 

Well, it seems what I did succeed in doing was fucking up my whole card so I can't load any games for some reason. Keep getting "sav file not found!" =\ Going to reinstall firmware and everything an then try Ness's suggestion.

 

Reinstalling firmware will not work. Format your card.

 

Figured formatting was an assumed step in reinstalling firmware.

I can't find these files in the 2.7e folders.

Still nothing for SDHC.

 

Currently no solution at all for R4-SDHC or R4i-SDHC. I'm probably going to get a new card after all of this nonsense, it seems like these cards are always the odd-man out when fixing AP and related issues.

 

i'm guessing i got ignored :'(

 

I've just downloaded R4i RTS myself. And yep, it's an R4 clone, not TTDS sadly.
