Yeah, but at least it loads. So thats a good start.

 

If updating doesn't solve it back up your files and reformat your sd. Don't upgrade your dsi's firmware ever.

Trying to use Naruto's method of setting up Wood on my R4i-SDHC and I when I load the NDS file I get a menu with icons and no text, and whenever I click anything I get an empty yellow box.

 

Works for me ;D,

R4 (Original) with Wood 1.12, Soft-reset Off
Pokemon White Rudolph patch

It won't overide it it will erase everything and anytihng on it. To back up drag the stuff in your sd to your desktop or somewhere. Go on my computer and when it's done figure out what drive it is like "E". After when your done copying your files right click the drive and press format. You will get a box change FAT to FAT32 or whatever it is. Press format and wait. When thats done add your files back on and it should work.

It doesn't work at all. You might be able to go on your cards menu and load the game properly but it doesn't solve freezing and stuff.

Hrm, I get loading Error 5 trying to just White or Black from my card normally, but everyone else with R4i problems seems to have been reporting that they're getting Error 4? Does that mean anything?

 

Won't work I'm afraid I have the same problem, no text, just icons and a blue screen at the top.

 

Mkay, for those of you who updated your DSi to v1.4.1 and you need to update your r4i gold, here's all my files: R4i Gold v141.rar
If you're going to delete everything, make a folder for your roms and keep them safe.

 

Me and you are in the same boat. If you get errcode=-5 it just means it got closer to loading the game than those with errcode=-4 but that doesn't mean anything they both won't work until either a miracle patch is released or until we get new firmware.

 

i think error 4 means it can't run it because of the dsi features.

There are patches out for AK, but some claim it doesn't work. ._.

 

well...tryi it, if it doesn't work for you, it won't work, i get sick of people asking if something works and won't try it for themselves! >=(

 

Kudos. I agree, just because it didn't work for someone else, doesn't mean it won't for you. same is true if it works for someone else. You won't find out what really works till you try it.
