Pokémon Black & White AP Thread

I've tried this and when I click on the nds file for Wood it just shows three pictures of a SD card, folder and one other but when I click on them there's nothing in them?

wood r4 1.12 won't work with clones only 1.05 for clones will work.

 

I turn options OFF in my pokemon options, but don't work. Why ?

That should do the trick. Not really sure now.

 

Only DeSmuMe is able to play the game properly (though the speed is slow). But there is a way to increase the speed for the gameplay on DeSmuMe, but i have only checked it on the latest version and i have a "Core 2 Duo" processor.

Here is the method, try and see if it increases speed for you or not,

In "Config" go to "Emulation Settings" and check whether the tab in "General" named "Enable Advanced Bus-Level Timing" is enabled or not.
If it is enabled, then disable it and then go to "Frame-skip" and adjust it to 2 or 3 (which i am keeping on now, it is getting more speed on 9 but the screen is getting slightly choppy), and keep "Limit Framerate" disabled.

Also in "3D settings", keep the Renderer at "SoftRasterizer" and disable the rest of the tabs in that settings.

In "Sound Settings", select "None" for "Interpolation".

 

wood r4 for clones 1.05 isn't compatible with all clones of r4.

Okay, those who are using R4 clones follow this little tut I made:

Download R4 Wood for Clones: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=221023

Then download R4 Wood 1.12 for original R4: http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=39701.0

Take the "Wood For Clones.NDS" from the Wood for R4 clones and paste it on the root of your R4 clone.
Then tale the "_rpg" from R4 Wood 1.12 and paste in the root of your R4 clone.

1. Turn on your R4 Clone click the Wood For Clones.NDS.
2. Go to where your Pokemon Black, White ROM is and press Y and Y again press R untill you see "Features" then go to "Cheats In Game(AR) and turn it to "off".
3. Do the same with "Reset In Game" and turn it to "off".
4. Press Ok 3 times.

Part2
1. Press the Start button and go to settings.
2. Press R untill you see "Patches".
3. Turn off the "Cheat In Game(AR) to "off" again.
4. Do the same with "Reset In Game" again and switch it to "off"

Go to your ROM and press A and it should work.

I've done all this but the games don't show up in the Wood nds file.

hello everybody i just wanted to say the previous uploads gave me white screens so i used the raku raku patch manually and i got no crashes and started getting exp and i also noticed something when my starter(Grass) reached lvl 14(or atliest the assumption) that the pokemon wont evolve either.

im using IEdge 1.11 and i also noticed the sound distortion very different from the DeSmuMe hen compared the sounds and music both are somewhat inverted, also idk how this will work for anyone else not using an iedge with 1.11 firmware but ive uploaded them via megaupload.

if anyone has problems with the links ill try to upload to a different site,
the last thing i want to say is i will do my best to help but at the frequency at which people are posting i may not have much time to read all the posts.
