I don't even know how to make an r4 upgrade work.

 

Why don't we get a bit more specific? If it's not working tell us: What system you're using, what version firmware is it, what card are you trying to play it on, what firmware you have on it, and what's wrong. Maybe this will help us to see a pattern and help a bit better? It does help to be a bit more organized.

with EZ flash Vi, latest firmware/kernel it plays perfectly BUT if i lose a battle it freezes T_T

with AK2i using AKAIO 1.7.1 it freezes before it shows the season T_T

 

Does anyone know where to get the firmware for my flashcard? (R4 upgrade)
I haven't used this in ages

 

i have a r4 upgrade with wood r4 on it but as a .nds file and a rom that freezes when you try to start a new game

 

Probably only part of the AP is cracked. If your using a hex edited rom it may be a bad hex edit.

 

I need some help. When loading the game text appears that says: errcode=-5
I am using: R4i sdhc Red box
1.25 firmware off of the sdhc website

Running on DSI. Please help. Thanks.

 

I only see an upgrade for R4 III Upgrade SDHC

 

i tried hex edit, clean, and child's play patch, it works on me flashcards differently as stated above, and they're using the same ROMS T_T

 

oh. Well you can't have 1.12 because r4 upgrade is a clone so i'm guessing you have 1.05.

That looks like the one I use. I updated my DSi to v1.4.1 firmware and my R4i gold to the same version firmware. Not sure, but maybe it will work for you.

 

nope not yet. dstt dpesn't get proper updates now from the team i think but there is ysmenu for it.

 

sadly yes, but it's so close, intro works perfectly fine but when you pick one of 2 choices after you press new game it freezes
