Go to Profile (click the button) Modify profile (hold mouse over it) > Look and layout > Don't show warnings on new posts made (check) > Modify profile.
That'll turn it off.

he did download it but you have to run the card for it to patch, it requires you to run the patch that's made as an nds file which is why he can't do it. he can't get into the card.

 

Weird, I read on Japanese site and it seems this problem only happened in Black version..

I get a white screen even after I turn off soft reset, and I'm using Pokemon White with the exp patch which works perfectly on Desmume

Patched Black And White roms in description, patched by me and uploaded.

Both tested on desmume, experience is working.

Other people who tested them, said its working on ak2i and R4. Not sure on others but most likely work.

 

so there is no working rom with the r4 upgrade that masamune has? :-\
