Is there a fix for the C-Gear on R4 wood? I know I can turn it off, but a fix to use it would be nice

I am having a problem and if someone could please help me that would be great. (If I can be helped at this point...)
Anyway, I am using R4i SDHC Red box with a DSI. I have downloaded the patch and it works with the emulator on my PC but it does not work on my DSI. When I select the Pokemon Black rom it creates a sav file, loads about 3/4 of the way, and then text appears on the upper screen that says: "Load rom errcode=-5".
So, I've tried updating the firmware as well as turning of the in-game reset option and nothing is working. I am sorry if this seems like an obvious and common problem, but I have been trying to get info on my own about this topic and it's just not working. That's why I'm posting this post. Can anyone help or point me in a general direction. Thanks!

 

Can someone upload the RakuRan prepatched ROM? RakuRan doesn't accept my file or something, and I'm getting really desperate.

I've had NO problems with White on my Acekard 2i with Akaio 1.6, as I hex edited the game my self. Download Kiekos megaupload rom than patch it...Akaio users, I don't know about anyone else.

This is a pretty easy AP to fix and its also the dumbest, HG/SS had an harder AP than this.

 

Will the patch above work for pokemon black and white for acecard 2i and wood r4 1.12 ?
