Play Pokemon B&W on No$GBA2.6a+No$zoomer2.3.02

I'm sure there's a fairly simple solution but I can't get past the screen after the start screen, I did it earlier but I can't work out how, I've tried pressing all the buttons.

If you are using no$zoomer ?, delete the no$gba.ini file for a quick reset of settings

If you get this screen you are running it though BIOS, That is the cause if black screen after starting a new Game

BIOS screen look like this and needs to be disabled, (Note) Don't run it if it looks like this from start

Is was for the black screen after start issue, for a quick reset to disable BIOS, As it was already set on BIOS when uploaded

I can do anuther upload with the BIOS disabled if you like ?

 

Thanks for the help Jhon, I deleted the .INI file and set to start cartridge directly but the same problem, what am I doing wrong?

 

Do you mean you can not use the bottons , are a balck screen issue ?

If buttons F11 , Controlls , bubble click on the box for each button and press the key you would like to use , after that ok it, and options (O) and save no$gba settigns

 

I've pressed every button and it just stays frozen on that screen :-\

 

Patched ROM are Clean ?

Be sure to use the right cheat for the right ROM black/white diffrence

So you are using the code for the Pokemon black , Clean ROM

Also my fullpackage for no$gba on front page ?, Some say it don't freeze...

This is the problem I have currently with NoSGbA. note that im using a US ROM not the one you provided, but I am using the codes you provided for the saving, experiance and the shadows. The game works fine the only issue is the title screen in which as you can see the bottom screen doesn't show the main Pokemon and massive static is heard.

Does anyone know if the latest pokesav (I'm referring to PBWCPM) works on the US version, because all of the 5th generation pokemon are in their Japanese names in the program (and I'm afraid that might crash my game). If not, then is their another Pokesav program available? Or shall I wait until the original programmer translates the names to English.

Maybe delate the whole emualtor folder, and extract a new one from the pacakge, and retry all again

You hardware might not be upto it, are maybe update direct X if needed, On vista or 7s maybe run with emulator admin rights

 

I.. did something stupid and I need to know if there's anything I can do to console this problem.

I downloaded the rom off this thread, and attempted to use it with my already saved game. I stupidly deleted the old ROM I had, and when I tried to access my game save it wasn't there. So I tried to restore the previous version of my No$GBA folder to get the old rom back (This was on the 12th of March, by the way), to the 11th of March. But it gave me dates for the 9th of March, which is cool. I didn't progress -that- much in the last three days so I gave it a shot. Restored the previous version and then I got the rom back. but when I tried to load it up again, my save took me back to the very first gym I ever did..
So, please, if there's anything I can do to fix this problem and get my save back, please tell me. I don't wanna start over again.

 

I signed up to this forum for different reasons, but I've done something like this before so I'll take a shot at it.

First, did you delete the .sav file too, or just the rom? If you deleted both, then I don't know what to tell you.

If you can browse to the .sav file, you need to rename it to th EXACT filename of the new rom followed by ".sav" If you do that, the game should be able to recognize and load your saved game. I had the same problem using pokesav on existing save files and new roms in the past. Basically, copy the name of your new rom, then "rename" your save file and paste the new rom's name in there. Should work as long as the file's in the right place.

 

Well.. it didn't work. I donno what else to do. See, I restored the previous version of my folder, hoping I could at least salvage the save data from the 9th. But.. no go.

 

No, actually I tried this on Desmume before I did on No$GBA and the title showed flawlessly so I'm pretty sure my hardware ain't the problem.

 

i have No$GBA. the pokemon black loads fine however when i click on "new game" the screen goes black... i need help!
