    Just because its INDIE it doesn't mean it's bad.

    A lot of games on Xbox Arcade are considered INDIE and people download then without noticing.
    Anyway the classification of Plant VS Zombies is from somewhere I've read. Could be wrong. (even if your own description of PopCap games for me, are indie)

    Again, not indie. Popcap is so large and well known they don't really need a publisher, and it's a team that consists of nearly 200 developers. The team is so large (the term indie suggests that it was made by a small team), this by definition makes Plants VS Zombies not an indie game.

    PVSZ is a casual game, it's not an indie game.

    The homebrew was never even finished and was a rather poor port if I'm not mistaken. This version should be far superior by miles and miles.
