    one piece is the best...

    aokiji can freeze the whole land easily... sasuke/itachi will be an ice cube first before they can do anything with their sharingan...

    not to mention kizaru that can move as fast as the light....

    and i don't think any genjutsu would effect luffy since he's so stupid to even understand genjutsu's effect... heheh...

    well, in the real life.. maybe yes, ninja is more skillful than pirates... pirates only know how to use swords while ninja can do more that that....

    but if you compare one piece and naruto, than, one piece is the best....
