I'm well-acquainted with repetitive, being a big fan of roguelikes. PSZ doesn't seem to be repetitive in a good way, which is pretty disappointing because I was really looking forward to it. Are you ever able to hit more than 3 times in a row without relying on others to chain? Does magic ever branch out and become deeper? As the game currently stands it's very simple.

    Be disappointed.
    It remains simple.

Started playing yesterday. I was playing female newman in jap version, now I picked human gunner. It's easier to kill bosses with ranged weapons ^-^

Well, i'm thinking about the gameplay as ragnarok ds.
Also, they should atleast make the fighting faster.

This game would totally kick ass if they made battle system more like this in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

I had fun with the multiplayer but it quickly gets repetitive

I'm already getting used with the gameplay system of this game.
Phantasy star Portable for PSP mostly use the gameplay.

But.... I like the part where we can choose our Dialog ;D

I remember if you play as a Newmen there's a somewhat perverted scene with Sarisa :p

But playing as human, we can flirt with her too I think.

Either way, I like making choices in the game ;D

It is, leveling up do some quests, etc.

That's why I prefer the Story mode
An RPG game main focus has to be a good story ! ;D

Decent game BUT.. it would have been a hell of lot better if the battling wasn’t so stiff, also you should have been able to adjust camera distance using select or something -_-.

I do like it's sharp graphics though.

fortess: If you're using a rom, you need to patch it for Free Play to work. There are separate cracks for the Xenophobia and Bahamut versions, though. And I'm sorry I don't have the links to them, but I'm sure they're in gbatemp somewhere.

ussopu: But you can adjust the camera. L if you want the camera's angle to switch back to your character's perspective. X + L if you want to rotate the camera.

And I really like this game, I'm currently obsessed with it. I already finished the storyline, so I'm working on post-game quests for Normal mode so I can survive in the Hard and Very Hard modes. And the Mags are adorable. <3

I mean distance as in zoom in/out, some enemies make a habit of moving behind me while I’m attacking and I’m forced to rotate just to be able to see it properly.

I noticed something weird, you can make your character do a stupid dance while in the town by holding L + down, lmao.
The other directions either jump(for joy?), wave or slump.
