more than similar to Command & Conquer: "Star Wars - Empire at War" - and it`s very well balanced. Hell of a fun to play online. Also the Lord of the Rings-RTS "Battle for Middle Earth I+II".

 

Homeworld: Cataclysm has had a space on my HD for eight years and counting. Rise of Legends is pretty sweet, as is Dawn of War: Dark Crusade. I avoid Soulstorm, since modders have already done a lot for Dark Crusade. I'm currently loving the Firestorm over Kronus mod which gives armies all these new units as well as bringing the entire game closer to the tabletop Codices (good for me, since I play TT).

Good review =/= good game in some cases.

 

i know in some cases...but from my experience those above are amazing RTSes and popular...starcraft,warcraft 3...
i think all the above games deserve their review scores..

Ground Control 1 and 2
Codename Panzers Phase 1 and Phase 2
Joint Task Force

Another good one for me was Mechcommander 2

You sound like an imbecile who only has played those RTS's.
Try the total war series, maybe you might enjoy those.

Imbecile?I've played more RTS than you,i'm confident with that.
Why?Because you're a Square Enix fanboy more than anything else.Also,Total War is not RTS,it is RTT.
Why did you get angry whenever i posted games that are truly good and polished?Because the company that made those games is making more money and better quality games than Square Enix?Plus,if you want good RTS try Company of Heroes,Dawn of war(not 2),and Homeworld.If you hate old games,wait for Starcraft 2.
