[PC] Doom 3 - By grimsim1

    I think you might be able to run it. Min system requirements: 1.5 GHz CPU, 384 MB RAM, DirectX 9.0b compatible 64 MB video card with OpenGL 2.0 drivers, 8x CD drive. Set some settings on low and try.

    I cant wait to get a new laptop ... Doom 3 wont play on my current :(

    I've run it on a lower spec machine than that. Also Halo 3 is not available for PC.

    Halo 2 is out on PC, but as far as I know it is only playable on Vista. Can anyone confirm if it is playable on XP (Halo 2 that is)?

    From all the places I've looked, it's only for Vista. I have found some places that claim to run it on XP, but as I read the description on how to do it, it involved using cracks and illegal serial codes to get it to run.

    Thanks for the info mate. It's a pity. Don't own an Xbox and Halo 1 on PC was awesome.

    I wasn't that impressed with halo 1, really. Doom 3/Quake 4 were much better, as was call of duty.

    I agree with you Loony, they are better.I just enjoyed the first Halo hey. Didn't find it too bad.

    never really got to play this one the bits i did play of it though were good but with doom 1 and doom 2 such classic i dont no if this one out does them but a seems like a really good game

    guys why is everyone talking about Halo- ITS A DOOM 3 THREAD.

    Doom or GTFO :p

    @geffo: Doom 3 is a great game, you should play it from start to finish :)
