Looks like a build you have to be careful with. In the zip they have a flap pattern .pdf that has all the numbers of what goes where. Considering it isn't just numbered top to bottom I would try following through the numbers on that. And use the lined.pdf file so you know where it needs to bend.
    Good luck!

    Also! http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/viewer.html
Pepakura Viewer, it's for the .pdo files. Though I haven't used it I believe it will give you a 3D view and you can look at all the parts.

The viewer is free and windows only.

    Thank you! :)

My next project that I started on:
    http://www.nintendopapercraft.com/2008/12/links-hat-life-size.html

Printed the white version and am going to paint it. Using really heavy paper so it should do alright. Stupid printer being nearly out of color ink....

oo the link hat, i was gonna try that but i have never done a papercraft once. can you suggest any easier ones (preferably with instructions)

Probably start with some cube type guys just to get the hang out cutting out and seeing how parts go together.
Then you can look around for what you want to do. Most models will be 'difficult' but mainly you just need to learn to take your time and be patient with what you're working on. I went from cubes to Shadow which had no instructions, that was a pain but I managed to do it and feel accomplished.
Here are some nice looking and harder ones but they all have instructions (Where Oni Link came from):

Easy and cool looking cube types:

And for a mix of everything, look at maybe some brawl items or kirby, Smaller less complicated items:

As for the link hat, it's going fast and is easy so far since you don't have to deal with small parts. For that oen though you would want the .pdo file and get Pepakura Viewer so you can see a 3D model of how it goes together and where the pieces connect.

thanks a lot :) , the first one i tried was making the ammo for the Space Marine Bolter, just to get the feel of how to make things rounded and closing the object (the little red round things in the corner of the box) it came out okay but i screwed up the percussion cap thingy
sorry couldn't find an image with just the bolts

my ultimate goal in Papercraft is to make this baby, it's 29 pages of hell (search 'starcraft 2 marine cannon' to find the printout) dang that's a lot of ink!

My printer is low on ink so I couldn't print out eight pages of green. I'm going to paint it though, since I used really have paper it should work out alright.
