    Even if it is the best, it is not 9.5.
    Just because a game is the best of its kind it does not mean that it should get a high score because of that.
    I would say the first one is the best of "modern-day shooter".

    well,
    I must say Scribblenauts is overrated.

    When I first heared about it (E3 2009) I was like: AWESOME!
    but when I played it for a week I was like: whatever.

    that is what they called overrated :)

    It was overrated :p
    Everybody thought it would be a great game and many people disliked the game after the launch (i hate the controls --")
