Kevin decided to try sword swallowing. Of course he had to start simple so he tried swallowing an umbrella first. It as successful, but the umbrella opened up inside of him. His guts, insides, heart etc. splatted all over the floor, walls and ceiling.

queenie had a runny nose, she decided to blow her nose into a tissue. Instead of blowing she inhaled and got the tissue lodged in her brain of which she died.
