    didnt tell no1 but his friends, tried to tell cops, they didnt believe him - his dad was a cop and a ful on charity worker.... story didnt even make the news

    that is pretty much qualifire as child abuse......but then its hard to belive this IF the child's father is a police.

    there is a line between justifiable punishment and child abuse. governments are ignoring that and banning smacking a child altogether. It does nothing to stop child abuse, responsible parents get punished for using reasonable means to discipline their kids, and the kids are out of control.

    i second that, we should able to beat up miss-behave kids since they only seem to learn how to behave through pain.
