Even I don't game much on my psp. Got it SPECIFICALLY to mod it and emulate gaems on it. That was 2009 as a birthday gift to myself, from myself, if memory serves. Modded it within an hour of opening the flat-rate box, too.
Nowadays, I'll use it to add shit to my wireless network. (MAC address filtering, ftw) if memory cards weren't so fucking proprietary, or expensive/overpriced, I'd get a bigger card and use it as an mp3 player, maybe load up an iso, or a video or something.

But the library I've seen for the Vita(Or, rather, NOT SEEN) is also a deterrent for getting a Vita.
Sure, it's built sturdy, I mean I couldn't 'accidentally' break the store demo unit by trying to twist the sides of the unit, but what good is hardware without anything software-wise? Even the demo's they had sucked ass. The interface...touch screen only? REALLY?
Well, I can't comment on the sound, since some kids took a needle to the speaker vents. Wish I had thought of that XD
