objectdock/rocketdock worth it?

    Objectdock slows down. Not Rocketdock.

    None sense... it uses very little of resources.

    But I don't use it on gaming PC, because I don't need icons to appear every time my mouse comes close to edge of screen. :)

    I now love rocketdock
    (BTW i already posted this on desktop thread)

    (BTW im not sure about the differences with Objectdock but I think Rocketdock is the way to go!)

    ObjectDock, RocketDock, whatever. It slows down your computer a lot! My recommendation, make your icons smaller and just place the shortcuts there. Or, make a folder with all of them.

    Takes up maybe 3-4% of my CPU?
    I use rocketdock and I love it.

    After a while, rocketdock becomes annoying

    ive been using rocketdock for a while now and theres no slowdown on either my new pc or my old p4 3ghz pc.
    with thoose 7bar running as well on my xp partition my cpu idles about 3%
    i like it because wherever i am in my pc i can just move to it and go to my most used programs without leaving the page im on

    You think so? Then adjust the settings or get a new theme.

    My RocketDock never becomes annoying.
    I've made it so that it perfectly works with Opera, and doesn't hide things.

    Theme: Mac OS X (not imitating macs, but I like the platform the icons are "standing" on)
