I Think that nudity is not a crime, for some people it is, if nudity exceeds with rape and sex possibly it will be a crime. But i think nudity is some what a personal thing, i don't know for some people who walks with no clothes in public...

the concept of nudity is where it happens, if u get nude at a mall that means ur a psycho, but if ur nude at the beach or at the swimming pool maybe , that shouldnt be very controversial as people wont protest , people will protest if u go dive in the public swimming pool in full clothes ;D
The only thing wrong with nudity is that it distracts people. Imagine you're a men and you see a nude women with perfect body. Can you concentrate on your work? Imagine you're a men and you see a nude men with a super big d*** . You'll start to feel jealous, then everyone will discuss things like "How can his be that big?" or "Does size matter?". ---> Nudity delays work, nudity delays production and the entire economy. It should be banned. PS: I'm half serious.
The shame over nudity is actually fairly taught. When people are grown up without being taught to cover their "private areas", they tend to have no shame with it. This is evident from nudist colonies, and the fact that babies love running around ass-naked. And porn, I guess. Maybe. The sluttyness rejects the Adam & Eve thing for sure, though.
In all intensive purposes, we humans only started to wear clothes to regulate our body's temperature against the environment, as we evolved loosing our natural fur/hair coverings. What puzzles me is when did being naked became inappropriate?
