Yo guys! Stop whining, go download CLIRC (http://clusterrr.net) and come on the Romulation IRC Channel (linked here: http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=790.0)
I'm personally using my NDS something like 70% for IRC and 10% onto IRC bots devel using dslinux.... proof that you can do many other stuff using it. Go for homebrews :D

Unfortunately there are only a few complete homebrew, made by teams and all that. I've yet to use the comic reader, But I heard its mighty good

do any of you people who are getting annoyed and self-righteous about this realise that WE are the ones in the wrong, not the ESA? RomUlation has been breaking the law and we've been told to stop doing it. Regardless of the ESA's past actions, in this situation they have not done anything illegal. We did. There's really no cause for debate about it. We have removed the roms to remain morally in the right (as well as to avoid further trouble). We'll consider our options, we might be able to negotiate supplying the roms legally; but since nintendo forbids developers from doing this, we'd have to negotiate directly with nintendo and it would be everything or nothing. (if nintendo didn't forbid digital distribution then individual developers would be able to agree or disagree). In the mean time, we're removing intellectual property belonging to ESA as requested.

Wow, ESA finally got their game on. Took 'em quite a while, not like Romu flies totally under the radar or nothing.

Well, here's hoping for a clean resolution to the ESA's request and no legal hassle.

RomUlation is probably the biggest target right now... I mean, it's the best ROM site.

I think the ESA have just shot themselves in the foot ;) because all the people on here are just going to find other sites to download from and also put all the saved Rom's on-line somewhere for everybody else to download.

A bit like shooting a massive meteor heading to earth only to find out that all the fragments from the meteor are even more trouble to sort out.

Well done to the ESA me thinks! ;D
