No NDS downloads?

I Wonder why everyone seems to think RU is going to completely die off... there's a lot more stuff on here than just NDS roms.
And the forums aren't going anywhere either.

 

Lets just all be thankful that this didn't happen sooner... look at it from the bright side, the 3DS is coming out soon.

 

We are NOT going to abbreviate Romulation EVER.

 

Good for you? Most people who have been here a reasonable time use RU instead of typing it all out. Even Seph and Loony do it.
But if you feel it makes you somehow more of a "Proper Romulation User" to spell it all out then go for it. It's your time and energy, use it as you see fit.
Still not sure why it was brought up, but c'est la vie. (probably brutalized that, but you get the point)

I Think it's about time i ditched out of this post since i am getting suckered into some Troll-esque situations.

 

Wow, a lot of people seem to thing RomU will die off altogether just because the NDS roms will all be gone. Seriously RomU has more than just NDS roms to offer and the forum will still be here.

I hate to say this but, I joined because of the NDS roms, they were easy to find, download, and the forums made things easy to check on patches. Now I have to use an inferior site (only like 5 downloads a week) with a less than friendly forum. I suppose things might get better with time, or if I get another handheld system (PSP maybe) but until then I'll probably just poke my head in the door every week or so.

 

Can't you just take a train or something? I won't know, as I live in Singapore and that place is very very very small compared to North America. Also, You take the games you want and walk to a cashier? Damn. In Singapore,you buy straight from the counter.

I am too lazy to read through this topic so can somebody say: "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE WITH THE NDS UPLOADS?"

So, you guys are stopping the service of NDS roms because of that request?

Quick question: Why now? You guys get a lot of requests to remove certain games like Pokémon.

Why would that ERSA (sorry if I am wrong) now asks you to remove all of them? Why after so long?

I think you guys will be back with the NDS roms. Because every delevoper has anger to ROM and piracy sites. But they knew of this site and never asked to remove (except some like Pokémon and stuff).

So what is next? The rest of the site? I hope not!
I got some PM's with the question of other rom sites but I think this will be over. You almost stopped in 2007, and look now! 3 more years!

The only way I can ever get a DS game ever(minus the part of waiting for a whole year to buy a DS game, only to spend almost only a week on it) is to download ROMs. It's true, buying from the internet ain't happening for me either.

Been away for a long time.. and viola, NDS download is killed... It was fun while it lasted.. thanks romU for providing nice NDS games. Oh well, time to fire up my epsxe..

Well, theoretically someone has any given ROM, so if they were mediafired and listed in one thread, they would still be available. Yeah, because people on the internet can cooperate.
