okay people, I'm finally back! i hope i will be putting up more roms withing the next couple hours! but yes, back on subject, i just looked at the esa's wiki page, and that covers just about "evvery" NDS game, reason i believe that:it says Nintendo on the list. :(

EDIT: when you upload new files, go to browse and check the box next to them. go down to options, and attach to folder.
i already did for the other like 15 games, thanks you all so much!

We can only imagine each person has a set or fixed income. They can only afford so many games, better to have tried before you buy and picked up the ones you know you like than amass a collection of throwaways.

If you can barely pay rent like me, Play games for free with a conscience. Recommend the things you really like to your friends and show your support for developers in the future by creating fan sites, or wikis until you do have funds to use for leisure.

Always support things you really enjoy, if Legend of dragoon ever had an updated remake with new voices or a sequel I'd be first in line if I could afford it. I'm sure plenty of you have games and series you feel strongly about.

The number of downloads on the Pokémon MOST LIKELY caught Nintendo's attention >_>

Read the message when you try to download a DS game. and read it with your two eyes.

    No one knows yet.
All we know is that we can't get DS Roms from here right now.

Just need to wait for some development.

I would of said the same thing.

It tells you what you need to know, the mods and admins keep telling us this.

In short-ESA have came in and said "no" to free gaming.

Why now after so long is another matter...romU have removed the titles they were asked...but my guess is nintendo finally said "they have them all-SHUT THEM DOWN" and romU mearly removed all the roms that are ds related.

...so how will romU get the bulk of it's funding, that's my question...sure there are other roms, but so do other sites, and my main usage here was for ds games only...

    Looks like...it's gonna hurt.

    Niemand weet het nog niet.
Alles wat we weten is dat we niet kunnen krijgen van DS Roms nu hier.

Hoeft alleen maar te wachten tot enige ontwikkeling.

Well, I can certainly understand why the site runners would rather just take them down than risk a losing court battle...but what if the ESA were to come back and say, "o btw we don't like the NES/SNES/PSX/etc etc etc etc downloads either, those go byebye too"? Kinda sobering thought that basically those @!^%s could make the whole site disappear w/o a fight.

the ESA can only request removal of intellectual property belonging to their members. Anything not belonging to their members they can't do anything about.
