you are very welcome! i will be adding more and more ROMS daily now that I'm out of school. i got many resources so if you can't find it anywhere, you can e-mail me. i will eventually get it. now that school's out, I'm bored and have got nothing better to do. and thanks for finally replying to what i posted!

EDIT: fixed typos and a couple other things...

PS. should i post it in the shares section?

    EDIT again:

the section is back up but all of the links give the following message:

    File is not available

The goal of RomUlation has always been to provide users with an opportunity to try out games in order to determine whether it is a game worth purchasing or not. We have always respected when publishers or developers felt RomUlation did more harm than good to the sales of their product.

The owner of this game contacted us with concerns that our service was doing more harm than good, so as per our goal and beliefs we have complied with their request to remove their intellectual property.

This currently covers ALL of the NDS games.

We understand that this may frustrate users who were looking for new games to test but we hope you also understand that this is both necessary and in accordance with our beliefs.

So basically, the NDS section here is screwed at the moment. I find it a little odd and more than frustrating that the ESA picked out RomUlation over ALL of the other rom sites that host NDS roms. RomUlation wasn't exactly under the radar, but neither are a lot of other NDS rom sites.

I'm not saying they should break down the entire NDS rom collection on the internet, but being as selective as they are seems odd.

I still love RomUlation and in no way blame you guys for the ESA being dicks.

Well, after constantly searching a thread related to this (since other threads were locked and didn't offer any information as to what happened), I finally caught up to this page. Let me just say I fully support Seph's stance and respect his decision to comply with ESA's demands. It makes sense. Those complaining and even suggesting to take action clearly don't know what they're talking about because in reality, we're in the wrong. I've been a long time member and I really enjoyed everything about this site. I still do, actually. This site is very neatly organized, it's very easy to find what you're looking for, and is very slick looking. I may not participate in the forums that much, but it's amazing how it's grown so huge these past few years. This site used to look very different than it did three years ago. And to be honest, the main reason I used this site was to carry all my DS games in one single cart. I still buy every game that interests me. It's very frustrating and tiring having to carry all your DS games especially when you own over 70. Having all your games in one single cart on the go is really convenient. It wasn't a problem at first when the DS launched since I didn't mind carrying 10 cartridges, but as the years passed and the library grew, I found it very tiring having to find a case to carry everything.

And for those people saying that they're leaving and that this site is of no use to them: Go.

It's one thing to come in here for the downloads, but when they're taken away, the true leeches appear and are the most vocal about it. I bid you farewell and you won't be missed.

To close this comment, it's a shame, but it was bound to happen sooner or later and the decision to comply with the demands was one that was morally correct so props.

    I agree with you there.

There was a guy who was banned for being an arse about saying he didn't appreciate RomU taking down downloads or something. :(

This has been expected to happen when one of the ds games has been removed from this site a long time ago.
We should be thankful that Romu aren't going to be closed, for those who aren't appreciate with what Romu has done,
get your ass off here and stop complaining.

I agree. and besides people can still try games from these companies: Actvision, Vivendi games, lucasarts, id software and codemasters. which are on this site.

    Why?

Just because of this, doesn't mean it's the end of RomU. :p

It's against the rules to post/talk about other rom sites that have the same content as RomU...

Go play some classic retro games... There are quite a number of them, by the time you finished them all, NDS would be back

At the moment, I don't think NDS competitors are exactly an issue to be fair.

Should be, Sony do not care if their games are uploaded to website for people to download for free as Sony thinks that their device is unhackable ;D Only Nintendo games system are affected as Nintendo is trying to fight anti-piracy...i am not so sure about the rest
