In my opinion it's useless to develop an emulator that supports NDSi features since most of the dumped DSi games are underdumped... He should better spend time in developing a tool that can dump DSi games properly. Or at least a way to connect two emulators together on the same PC!
That is correct, although one strange question Martin he asked, Did the DS and 3DS cards have the same amounts of pins on the back, After finding a compare images yes both DS and 3DS have the same 17 pins, that's why all DS and DSi games are compatible with the 3DS console .
