This problem is getting quite weird. Perhaps, only one hope - Anandjones.

Alright sayings its choppy can be a lot of things, so I apologize for that :p. I guess you can see its "skipping". Remember those old stereos that would skip whenever someone would walk into the room or jump up and down? Its like that only both the sound AND the video is skipping, I thought it was my screen refresh rate, it wasnt, I downloaded DirectX 10, didnt work.

If no one can help ill post a video on youtube and see if anyone can help.

Oh and thanks for the help so far guys, you responded quickly (NOT being sarcastic by the way)

And if anyone can contact anand I would appreciate it, I dont think he answers his Private messages :p

It's quite expectable for TWEWY to not work on emulators good, it uses intense OpenGL graphics, they're not the best, but they certainly use a lot of the DS's resources. So your computer was able to run no$gba fine months ago, and now it works really slow. I would have said defrag your disk like Loony, as over time your computer gets slower and slower. But if that didn't work, hmm... You've got enough RAM, I've only got 1GB of RAM, works really good for NDS games running on no$gba. Also, can you try running a regular sized (100MB or over) .avi or movie file? See if it skips or chops. Also, before running no$gba, get rid or end all the unnecessary processes that are currently running. Have you changed any of your emulation options (other than save type etc.) since you used it months ago? Also, please tell me the game/s you are trying to play, it would help me a lot.

This is about the time where I want to kick myself...the problem HAS been fixed.

Alright this is what happened, about 2 months ago I got a virus from downloading a torrent (I actually posted it up here under the title "Viruses Sexed up my computer" and Anand answered it[Thanks :)]), So I went out and purchased CA Internet security suite. All I had to do was add the directory of my NO$GBA to my exceptions list and voila.

Anyways its 4 am in the morning here and unexpected allergies are keeping me awake so I apologize for anything that doesnt make sense, I'll explain it again in the morning just to clear things up as CA has caused problems with various games in the past. And thank you to everyone who tried to help :)

Ah, nice to know you finally got the problem fixed, I've forgotten about your old problem that I helped you with.

Interesting, I've never had that problem with CA and I used it for about a year. That was on my laptop though, so maybe I just didn't run enough different games to encounter it.
