Update 1:- English name is MAGEARNA, while Japanese name is MAGIANA.
Update 2:- Magearna type is Steel and Fairy (thanks CoroCoro magazine)

 

I think the hackers who leaked the info on Volcanion and Hoopa could not find Magiana in the rom .

Btw its face looks a bit like clank/clink clank pokemon
