Well I think Nintendo has gotten mad with the piracy of the DS so they most likely are going to do everything they can to stop their new consoles from getting hacked
I don't like digital copies of games that I paid for. They hold no value afterwords... And, I know. There is nothing that is unhackable. I hope they do a better job with this one. :
