    You can't "just" change the colour. Someone needs to fix the images/colour coordinate it and that's simply neither what we're good at nor what we enjoy doing.

    It's not simply hiring someone, hiring someone costs money, and put up an announcement usually gives worse themes than the one already there.

    put an announcement saying WANTED FORUM THEME CHANGER(Those who would like to help RomUlation apply. If we dont like your submitted theme or if you aren't professional enough we'll look for other applicants. Thank you.)
    its as simple as that and to hire somebody to do a little work would cause you little money in exchange for your founded sites improvement
