uh.. Not sure what you meant by edition, but do you mean the ROM? well, the Amrican ROM isn't out yet, but you can get a translated patched version of Heart gold soul silver ROM from this thread I believe.

Anyway, I'm buying a legit copy of heartgold and soul silver to get both lugia and Ho-oh figures and sell back Heartgold as soon as I take out the pokewalker lol Also, I'll be doing the same for the 5th generation games.

No, the figures don't come with the game, but the pokewalker does come with the games, but if you pre-order HG or SS you get a special lugia and ho-oh figure, depending on the version you pre-ordered, just like the giratina one from platinum, but in japan if you pre-ordered both, you would get arceus. Also I'm wondering if they will do the same for the 5th generation games? maybe thoes two mystery pokemon from the new movie are indeed new pokemon.
Anyway, I'm just gonna buy two and sell the second game as soon as I take out my pokewalker and the figures and sell it right back to the gamestop employee. lol

Pokewalker is a redesign of the Pikachu pet thing from 1999 or something, weird thing it was, got taken from me at school, damn nazi teachers assume if they can see it at all; i.e., hnging by it's clip on your pants, they can take it.
Anyway, what's this about it connecting via infra-red? the ds doesn't do infrared, not since GBC was it used for few games, the Pikapet2 had IR, didn't exactly sell well, though.
