my guess is maybe you will be able to choose to be either a good trainer or a bad trainer, such as the yin yang or something like that.. and the fact that there is a real lack of good and evil pokemon. Also, Zorark is considered to be evil fox pokemon, and that there really isn't a hatred system for evolutions and a real reason for bitter items and making your pokemon hate you except for the move frustration.

how much you guys wanna bet they'll change the names to Light/dawn/dark/shadow/dusk.

Ok I won't lie, but now I really am kinda upset.. when they announce a new generation of pokemon games I expect something to wow! me, but the new images just don't seem to do it for me :/ I mean all they did was fix the camera angle to a 3D angle..

seriously.. they should have done more to the look of the overworld.. or made this game from the ground up for there next generation handheld. Also, that said this could have been done in HGSS

i'm talking about pokemon and how they just made a fix in the camera and didn't really do anything to impress in terms of the overworld towns and maps, but what i meant by the ground up was as in a brand new pokemon 3d engine such as something like pokemon colosseum, and not a fix angles camera of pokemon diamond and pearl.. as I said this could have been done with hgss

now if they really improve on the battle system/moves/story/ONLINE.. then i'll be happy, but for now the new look is kinda sad... since all there really doing is slapping a 4th gen engine and changing up the camera angle to small 3d view, but since they didn't work there asses off on the engine.. maybe they can make the story and pokemon better... Hopefully.. man I'm really let down, but i'll probably still buy these games and hopefully they will excite me more once I see the game in action, but from these screens, i'm sad that they didn't try to do something cool since the DS can handle some impressive 3D like phantasy star zero, Metroid prime hunters, Kingdom Hearts, or they could have just waited a bit and brought this to there next generation handheld.

Why do i feel like some pokemon fanboy is gonna come in here and try to bash/flame me for saying the truth... I sense it.. I can feel it.. it's coming.. someones gonna get mad at my own opinion and try to start arguing with me.
(i'm a old school pokemon RBY gamer) Also, I wanted something like colosseum on ds oh well.

I really have to agree with dragneon,the DS is capable of spinning amazing games but this is just recycling 4th gen engine.....I am really disaponted in the graphics,but Im still going to play it and hope I am wrong

 

it has been found out that the pokemon company has trademarked the name Pokemon Grey.

And it will MOST definitely be on the DS and with MOST DEFINITELY NOT be on the 3DS
