Only PSX yes. Just improvements etc. Things common in updates for emulators.

Yes they are. Which is why emulators usually don't come supplied with them.

 

Im gonna stick with good old 1.6

 

I have 1.2.0, 1.6.0, and the current one...


1.7.0 works best graphically I reckon 9and nearly all games work) but I keep 1.6.0 just for gundam battle assult 2, one of a few that won't work on 1.7.0...


As for 1.2.0, it was the first I got-it was outdated when i started using it, but when I did, it was bloody awsome!

 

Bad decision.

If anything you'd want to stick with 1.5.2 and 1.7.0
(1.5.2 to play your Square Enix games)

 

Hmmm...so 1.6.0 is only good for the Gundam Battle Assault game?

 

I'm sure it has it's uses, but it's just not the most compatible version out there, and limiting yourself to using only 1.6.0 won't end well for you.
