    Okay, movies.

    Dead Leaves: Not really a movie, it's a 50 minute OVA, however this is something Gainax would make when they're drunk.
    Akira: For some older people, Akira is the first thing they think of when they think "Anime".
    Appleseed/Appleseed Deux Machina: Mecha police movie, I found it highly entertaining.
    Street Fighter II: Must get for Chun-li's titties.
    Laputa:Castle in the Sky/Princess Mononoke/Spirited Away/Anything from Studio Ghibli

    The bigger problem is that Funimation is a pretty sue-happy company, especially with their bigger titles (including One Piece). A little while ago they tried suing 1337 people that torrented an episode of it.

    Oh, for that matter, you might want to reconsider having OP here at all.
