This time I visited health care center with my mother-in-law, so I FINALLY got some real medicine.

There's free health care in England too, the Canadians sent polar bears to spy on us and that's what they came back with

In the urban areas maybe, in the countryside it's not so bad Loony, though Canada is nicer
