Hi. I have had these P11s for a while and for the most of the time, my game and chat controls have been screwed up and mixed. I've survived, but now that I've got into chatting whilst gaming, I need a hand with setting them up. I have followed these instructions: http://www.turtlebeach.com/support/entry/830517289/ Whilst having now separated game/chat volumes, the sound for the GAME only comes out of the right earcup. The left one works fine when the P11s are set to the default device (not just for communcations) through the sound settings, or when chatting. In addition to this, the left earcup has an annoying ringing when the volume is turned up loud (like, not super loud, but loud enough that I can actually hear footsteps behind me in-game). The microphone works fine. Please help, as this is a pain. (just for clarification, this is a headset, with the headset being the TurtleBeach p11s)
