Hmm, so realistically it'll take longer to get a patch out for wood users?

Are there any benefits to switching to YSmenu? I'm unsure of how..

 

the benefit is that with jhon and rgf, ysmenu gets updated regularly. the con is that it is not as good looking as wood

Hey guys will this work with the latest R4i gold? Or would i need YSmenu or something? Sorry i'm not really good with this kind of stuff.

 

(Note) YSmenu can only be installed on certain cards , not all check RGF list of supported cards.

 

Will there eventually be a patch for Wood R4 users, or do I have to switch to using ysmenu?

 

Wood last update 20th May 2012 , They always update once a month so maybe tomorrow

You say that like it'll never happen. If you have some PATIENCE it will happen eventually. Sooner or later there will be a patch, and if not the next AKAIO update won't be too long either.

If you're in such a hurry to play the game, should buy it.

This. AKAIO hasn't really had much heavy work lately and I'm sure they're aware of the Pokemon Conquest craze as it always happens upon a pokemon game release... just give it time folks *goes back to playing Skyrim, League of Legends and PokeConquest on DeSmuMe*

This will get it running on Acekard and probably other cards too.
Be sure to thank 2ch and all, I just ported their fix.

 

I just applied this patch and it got passed the white screen, but then came up with an error message saying "The data cannot be read. Turn off the power, remove and reinsert the Game Card, and then try again."

Is there anything else I have to do?

I have an Acekard2i with Akaio 1.8.9

 

I can confirm this patch works on Acekard 2i with Bypass Anti-piracy disabled.
