The only thing you have to do is turn off Reset In Game and NEVER turn on the c-gear x)

incorrect. the c-gear works fine when i have it on. and soft reset doesnt effect me. however in the latest RGF update i have had to turn of the DMA to fix the lag that happened when you select ur name. the only real issue is the saving problem :/

Just letting people know that the FlashCart R4i3DS with v1.53 works fine. I've been able to save and use the C-Gear without a hitch, but I'm only up to the 2nd Badge so there's no telling if it'll come across a problem after that.

Edit: This is the FlashCart from R4iDS.CN

Does anyone else have the problem of the touch screen and buttons being useless in some battles?

I think you have another flashcard as me.
When i turn the c-gear on it freezes.
If i let Soft Reset on it cant start up the game, it gives a white screen.
    Saving works here.

Ugh... I've been trying to be patient with this but come Sunday it'll be a week since this game's US release and there still isn't a fix for the save problem. I know people are trying there best to get around this but I think I'm just gonna stop trying. Hopefully on Sunday r4i-sdhc.com people will come out with a new firmware kernel.

okay, post-elite four and i seem to be running into a lot of freezing doing different things, i'll list most stuff:

    1. random freezing when checking the town map
    2. Xtransceiver random freezes (in-game not wifi)
    3. status screen random freezing
    4. random freezing when entering buildings, caves, doors in general

here is what i have as setup:
    Acekard/AKAIO 1.9.0
Sansdisk 8gb class 4 micro sd card
no cheats on (other than AP code), Antipiracy bypass disabled
    Pokemon White 2 (clean/pre-patched/AP codes)
    Pokemon Black 2 (clean/pre-patched/AP codes)

so, maybe acekard users will have to wait for a fix from akaio before pushing further into the game :(

Yeah hopefully...or RGF will fix it..actually probably not since hes just blaming the sd cards which I have tried on 3 different ones.

Then you've used 3 shitty SD card.
I'm using a top-of-the-range one, and have had no problems. Running an R4 SDHC on my DS and both ROMs run fine.

What sd card are you using then?

You're not using the same card then, we are using R4i-SDHC from r4i-sdhc . com. We have all tried many SD Cards and someone even has a class 10, it's not the SD Card that makes it so we cannot save.

    Pretty sure it is.
A better question. What firmware are you using?
