I get a black screen on start using DSONE. I have the latest updates and frimware. I've tried both patched and clean rom, any solution?

I got it to work! I must have done something wrong or something got corrupt. I just erased the whole sd card and re loaded all the firmware and now its working. Just takes awhile to to boot the game.

Yea! Finally i run Pokemon Black 2 (patched) on Wood R4 V.1.52 with YSMenu 6.86, thanks guys!

Can we get download mirrors for prepatched roms or the patch?

I'm on a DSLite with AK2i running AKAIO 1.9.0 and have had no issues with PB2 with AP patch, but no matter what I did I couldn't get PW2 to boot at all.

I tried the clean version and applied every patch out there. Dicastia, DS-Scene Rom Tool, xDelta, none of them worked. I tried the pre-patched versions I could find and none of them worked either. They all just got stuck at the yellow "Loading" text.

In the end I decided to try and format my microSD chip using SD Formatter 3.1 and that finally fixed it.

Just throwing that out there for anyone else that's also having issues and have exhausted all other options.

Hi I'm new to this site was wondering if someone could help me, so I downloaded both the roms, and patched them using DS-Scene, but when I start either of them up I just get a white screen, I'm using a R4 Revolution with Wood. Please help I've been trying to do this for hours now

I was also wondering if I should try it with YSMenu 6.86, does anyone have a link to download that? Which rom would work (Prepatched, Clean, manually patched)

Do they work with an emulator? Try DeSmuME.

It must be something to do with your card.
Try formatting it with Panasonic SD Formatter and then reinstall the firmware.

Uh... your using an original R4 right?
Wood R4 1.52 should run the patch ROM fine. If not, YSMenu 6.86.

Well, I'm going to school soon. When I get back I'm hoping someone will find a save fix. I'm thinking the R4i-SDHC people just need to update there kernal for R4i-SDHC 3DS. So bye!

Is the save freeze AP affecting R4 Wood users too?

I doubt it will be fixed sadly, no one seems to have made any headway or even replied to us =/.
