use ap patch or patched rom. also reinsert your card. i was having the same problem and got fixed just by reinserting my card again

I'm having trouble with the Black 2 rom.
The white 2 rom works fine both prepatched and patched by myself.
Trying both black 2 ones however I get a white screen as I try to start the game.
White 2 still working fine.

I've formatted my SD card three times already and copied over the files again.. I'm really quite clueless what I'm doing wrong.

Acecard 2i (on a DS lite, real acecard). Akaio 1.9.0.
All downloads from this site.

While I wait I will reformat a forth time..

i found out that not having a games folder can cause some problems. so on your card's root, create a folder named "GAMES" and place all your games and save files in there

I've tried both black and white 2 now. Updated my r4i 3ds sdhc to the latest firmware (it doesnt support the game on its own though) sd card is formated and empty appart from firmware and both a patched and unpatched game. tried both of retrogame fans firmwares. also i have the games folder
black just does completely random stuff. on one firmware it works but freezes while saving, on the other, it lags and freezes before i can enter a name.

white works wonderful on both firmwares without lag but also freezes while saving.
what could be the problem here?
Is that really just the sd cards fault? Class 4 Sandisk (no imitation)


edit: randomly tried patched white 2 on ysmenue. it starts the saving animation and its not freezing. but it also doesnt stop saving :/ really i just dont get it
and then it starts lagging again. its entirely stupid now.

Random question everyone, anyone know if it works fully on m3 ds real, latest firmware and have latest ys i can find.

I do have one. I reformatted and did a complete reset on my settings.. it works now. I have no idea why though lol!

Either way.. time to catch them all! again!

Fixed by running in clean mode with an unpatched rom.

Is YSMenu the only firmware that works? Do any other firmwares work?

I am using No$GBA 2.6a with No$Zoomer 2.3.0.2 using the pre patched Black 2 rom on the op.

I saw Jhon 591's code on page 44 and I assumed it was to get past the "Can not access save file. Please reinsert the game card" screen that shows up upon starting the game.

Well, I tried running without a BIOS, set EX0 and EX5, input the cheat code with RAW checked, and enabling the code, but upon restarting resetting, the "Can not access save file. Please reinsert the game card" screen still shows up. Anything I can do?

is there a patched rom that will work on acekard 2i with akaio?
