Try using 2.6, instead of 2.6A. BW2 was weird like that, worked on 2.6 easily but no 2.6a. (Haven't checked to see if its the case with the U version, but it was like that on Black 2 J.)

Checked again, it didn't work on DSTT because I applied the Challenge Mode cheat and it trimmed the rom to 215mb. It works with a clean rom. Is there a way to apply the cheat and not trim the rom?

I can only get to the character naming screen with no$, from there it's just a black screen.

Nope, no dice, but getting it to work on 2.6 instead of 2.6a is pointless anyway.

Either I have no idea how EF works or it's not working.

I killed 8 Purrloin before leveling, yet the SPEED only went up by one point.

Could someone confirm this? Or am I just a crazy newb?

Well I mean im surprised Pokemon White 2 was dumped before Black 2 was just because well in order I guess lol. But I surely hope it'll get dumped and patched before tonight as this wait is killing me ;P

Yeah, same here. Well, I'm actually happy that White 2 came out before Black 2 because I had some progress on White 2 (J) and I already pre-ordered Black 2.

Well I pre-ordered the game so when I get it tomorrow I could dump it.. Does WoodDumper work on the DSi? If not I'll borrow a friend's lite/phat.

When the Japanese version released it was Pokemon Black 2 that released first soon followed by Pokemon White 2 but at that time I needed Pokemon White 2 and now this time it's reversed for both dumping order and the one I need XD

just download prepatched rom

You need XDelta GUI/Non-GUI to use it if you don't want the pre-patched rom. Google is your friend

Do the WiFi aspects of the game work if I use the prepatched rom?

Thats just the patch. You'll need a xdelta patcher, preferably one with a gui, to patch it.

This patch was mainly for those that downloaded the clean version and didn't want to use additional bw to download the prepatched version.

Anyway, you can find a bundled patch+patcher download with the rom on the main site, under the related files tab.
