I don't understand how they always translate the unimportant shit first, but the story at last. The story is the most important part about the game. Anyway I'm done with this crap. I'll just wait for the official release.

It makes me sick that I never know what to do because of that Japanese text and 45%
Does that means half of story is translated(until badge 4 or something like that)

yeah, even though it is going to localized soon, you might want a japanese rom you can get the events off of wifi with, or might want it for the pokedex language completion ^_^ i know i do this every so often on the game or heack, idk go around in the english one and find the stuff that can be changed in the japanese one to match the english game

Edit: i was one of the people that helped translate the first one and i always seem to get people like you wining because we werent doing it the right way, or producing patches fast enough for them, well like i said, we have a life too you know

These people aren't getting paid for doing this. They have their own daily lives too, you know? The actual localization team IS getting paid for translating the game. That's why the english version of the game is being released in early October. This game probably won't ever be fully translated before the actual english version is out, but it's still playable as of now.

Also, does anyone have a pre-patched version of the latest patch? I'm trying to patch it myself, but I keep getting an error message.
